Server Replacement
Over night between Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th one of our servers will be down. This will affect some but not all game servers. If your game server is affected, we apologize in advance for the interruption. This has been scheduled to have the least amount of impact and disruption to our customers.
We need this in order to keep up with our growth and maintain the level of service to all of our customers. The new server is roughly four times larger than the existing server, and will be industry leading for any Game Server Provider.
We appreciate your patience and endurance as we grow and we will try to keep the growing pains to a minimum.
