For the sake of assuring new system installs are up to par, and placing new installs behind the support issues of systems which are already broadcasting, new self-managed server installs may take up to 72 hours to be ready for active use.

Although we know it's very exciting to have a new Epic Game server all of your own (and it is (= ), we've found that the best way to assure quality service is not to emphasize fast installations, but tested, reliable configurations so that once they're online, will stand the test of time.

If Epic Game Server's projected setup period is exceeded by even a moment and you have still not received contact, we encourage you to contact us immediately to seek remedy of the problem.
